Time scarcity, overwhelm, exhaustion, and confusion aren’t excuses.

They’re real, valid reasons that, when met with compassionate curiosity, create a path forward.

Not everyone has the same 24 hours.

That idea is a simplistic and harmful myth. Not everyone has the same…

  • number of people to take care of,

  • unpredictable mental and physical health to tend to,

  • access to resources and support.

Discipline and willpower are a sham.

Following through isn’t as easy as “just doing it.”
