Your clients want beautiful, meaningful things. Without time, their dreams keep getting pushed to “someday.”
Traditional time management hacks won’t help. But you can.
Become a Holistic Time Practitioner. The next cohort begins July 31, 2025.
Your clients have big dreams. They want to…
Write the memoir that’s been whispering to them in the shower.
Make money doing meaningful work that doesn’t betray their values.
Make inner child art without spiraling into “Is this even good?”
Apply for a job that doesn’t require them to mask.
Rest on the weekends without worrying about Monday.
You see their spark.
But when they try? Distractions take over. Doubts flood in. The day disappears. They freeze.
They tell you, “I still didn’t do it. I don’t know why. I just need 4 more hours in my day.”
We feel this too as space-holders. We plan and still get stuck.
The hardest part? Your clients blame themselves for every half-finished project and abandoned plan.
They carry shame about what they didn’t do. The overthinking. The unfinished plans. The chronic “not enough.”
But the truth is: People are exhausted.
We’re living through political collapse, injustice, climate grief, AI chaos, and collective burnout.
We are all trying to show up, create, heal, and live our lives. All while navigating ADHD, chronic pain, parenting, unprocessed trauma, identity shifts, hormonal imbalance, and more.
So no, another planner download or a self-help framework from 2016 isn’t the answer. They don’t need hacks.
They need a new way to make time for what truly matters without betraying their bodies, brains, rhythms, or lived experience.
Time is the thread between your clients’ dreaming and doing
It shows up in nearly every session, whether we name it or not. If they can’t make time for what they want, the transformation won’t stick. That’s why time can’t be an afterthought in your work.
Most space-holders were never taught how to help clients prioritize, plan, or follow through in a way that honors their capacity. So we default to, “Have you tried time-blocking?” or “What about a Pomodoro session?”
But it’s rarely just about planning, discipline, or structure. When we treat time like a simple scheduling issue, we risk unintentionally reinforcing shame, urgency, or hustle culture. Even the best mindset shifts and coaching tools can fall flat.
What do you do when time and follow-through keep breaking down, and your clients stay stuck in the same old patterns?
You stop winging it. And you learn how to support them with clarity, confidence, and skill.
That’s where the Holistic Time Practitioner Certification comes in.
A 12-week live training to help clients make time for what matters in ways that honors their brains, bodies, rhythms, and lived experience. Not some idealized, optimized, machine version of themselves.
Everything gets easier when you
become a Holistic Time Practitioner
When people start compassionately working with time, the ripple effect is real. They show up differently in their work, their creativity, their families, and their communities.
Click below to learn more about what becomes possible:
-
They will be able to…
Easily follow through on tasks and projects without punishment or pressure.
Release time shame and stop feeling like they’re behind or “failing.”
Stop forcing themselves to fit into rigid structures and start moving at their own pace.

Learn to plan in ways that match their energy and capacity.

Get better at pacing and closing sessions so clients don’t feel rushed through insight or abandoned when time is up.

Bring “time work” into any niche (wellness, business, career, life coaching, etc.) because it touches every aspect of transformation.
Spend less time wondering if you’re “doing enough,” and more time witnessing your impact.

Trust the seasons of rest, visibility, and growth because you’ve built the capacity to meet them.
Structure and pace launches, design client containers, and hold space in ways that center your needs too
“A word that describes how I feel about the impact of this training is EXPANSION.
This training has helped me invite kindness and compassion into my own time issues. I have already enjoyed using these skills to better support the caregivers I support through coaching!
Thank you Becca!”
“The program was transformative. I learned so much.
It’s a philosophical experiment, but also extremely practical.
The weekly cohort sessions were extremely grounding to me. I found the container to be a really safe and non-judgmental group. And that was because of the values you had set in place.
It was also emotional. You asked us to deconstruct our relationship to time in a way that, like my inner kid that loves to throw a tantrum at. And your approach was so gentle and so like nurturing to that inner kid.”
Meet your teacher: Becca Rich
Since burning out in 2013, I’ve spent over a decade healing my dysfunctional relationship with time because it was quietly running everything. How I worked, how I rested, how I related to myself.
I’ve learned our time struggles aren’t individual flaws, solvable with a tool. They’re symptoms of the oppressive clock that keeps us stuck in overwhelm, disconnection, and constant self-judgment.
I created this body of work because I believe we all deserve a life that feels good to live. Not just after we’ve gotten “everything” done.
This work makes that possible. I’d love to invite you to be a part of this movement.
Note: Time is not an individual problem with an individual solution.
It’s a collective issue shaped by our identities, unearned advantages, abilities, and access. This work honors that complexity, drawing from coaching frameworks, trauma-awareness, parts work, neuroscience, and liberation practices.
“Becca Rich is the Marie Kondo of time management!”
“Knowledgable and dedicated are the phrases that come to mind when I think of Becca Rich.
I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Becca for the last several years during which Becca has developed her coaching skills and her business niche around holistic time management. I have been most impressed with Becca’s sincere desire to support individuals in finding joy and purpose through the use of their time.
Becca is absolutely the right choice to train and coach you around a holistic approach to valuing your time and creating something meaningful in your life.”

“Before I started this program, I thought I already had a pretty good relationship with time. I was surprised to find so much *deep work* in something as innocuous as time management.
Becca has a disarming way of sharing this profound work, and is an incredible resource on both a soul and practical level. She hates me saying this, but she is wise far beyond her years. This work has helped me as a person, and has made me a better coach — just knowing I have these tools and resources has given me even more confidence working with clients.”
No other training out there teaches you this.

“I have tools to help my clients with time management issues!
The worksheets and downloads were very helpful and thorough.”
“This training has been an essential part of my business and practice in supporting coaching clients, because time management touches on EVERYTHING, from parenting, creative work, or ADHD.
Becca’s unique approach is deeply thoughtful, well-organized, and effective. She has really created a one-of-a-kind framework that can radically shift not just someone’s schedule, but the whole undercurrent of their lives. This will help any coach to support their clients in achieving goals while ALSO supporting them to live deeper in their hearts and souls than they knew was possible. Becca is a compassionate genius and I’m so glad I stumbled upon her work!”
“This program helped me honor my own rhythms—and gave me so much more gentleness in my process.
Before I joined the Holistic Time Practitioner Certification, I had followed Becca’s work for a while and was really drawn to the idea of being in a space with people curious about their relationship to time. I wanted to understand my own pace, my own rhythms, and how time plays an important role in my life and work.
What resonated with me most was the focus on realistic capacity. Even though I had an idea of what I was able to do before, I realized through the program that I was still forcing myself to take on too much. The certification helped me reevaluate, remind myself I’m human, and honor the natural changes in my energy.
Holistic time management is more human, more gentle, more supportive. It’s about tuning into your own truth—not just cramming your schedule full or needing to do more. The biggest shift for me was learning to balance the spheres of my life: work, family, and myself.
Most importantly, this program gave me the tools to support not only myself but also my clients and friends. The more I honor my own rhythms, the more I help others tune into theirs. If you’re thinking about joining, know that you’ll walk away with so much more than you expect.”

Because we’re in a time of collective burnout, systemic collapse, and deep personal reckoning. The old ways of “managing time” don’t work anymore.

You’ll also learn how to integrate these tools into your existing work, so holistic time support becomes a natural part of how you hold space.

“Joining the Holistic Time Management Practitioner Certification was immediately a full-body yes for me.
My clients often struggle with their relationship with time, and as someone with ADHD and a recovering perfectionist, I had also spent years trying to find a way to manage time that didn’t feel like punishment.
Becca’s program wasn’t just about getting more done—it was about honoring who I am. In particular, the shift in my mindset around realistic capacity was huge. Not just thinking about my mental bandwidth or my calendar, but truly considering my emotional, physical, and spiritual energy.
And the compassionate curiosity piece was a game changer. I’ve really stopped beating myself up for scrolling or procrastinating and instead ask myself, Why did I need that pause? That kind of gentle curiosity, combined with radical acceptance, has deeply impacted how I coach my clients, how I’m planning my wedding, and how I live my entire life.
If you’re thinking about joining, just know: this isn’t another certification you have to “do perfectly.” I felt so seen and held with so much compassion.
It’s not just a set of tools—it’s a way of being. I slowly, intuitively integrated lessons from the program into my work.
It’s a safe place to land, to question what you’ve been taught about time, and to rebuild your relationship with it from a place of care.
This helped me create a podcast and run two workshops on unshaming procrastination. And then I gave myself permission to pause my business to focus on planning my wedding—something I never would’ve done before this program.”
“It’s a journey, an experience, and a wonderful use of your time, energy, and money.
I joined the Holistic Time Practitioner Certification because I was struggling with time—time blindness, time scarcity, and the constant belief that I didn’t have enough. I’d done a lot of mindset work around money, but time? I was still carrying so much shame.
This program gave me something I didn’t even realize I needed: the vocabulary, the frameworks, and the tools to start coaching myself and my clients more compassionately. It taught me that time can be abundant, renewable, and gentle. That prioritization means holding space for grief, and that follow-through can be gentle too.
Every session felt peaceful and calming, a space where my nervous system could breathe while I learned, practiced, and integrated powerful techniques. I especially loved how we worked with our whole selves—honoring different parts of who we are, weaving nervous system regulation into everything, and learning to operate from flow even in moments of urgency.
Now, I budget both my money and my time—and I love that so much for myself. I feel like I have more of both, simply because I’m being intentional. If you’re thinking about joining this program, do it. It’s not just about supporting your clients. It’s about transforming your own relationship to time, self-compassion, and capacity.”
“This training changed so much in my personal life and work life.
When I first learned about the Holistic Time Practitioner Certification, everything in my system said yes. I signed up more than half a year in advance (8 months to be exact) because I just knew it would support my mission and way of life.
What stayed with me most is the core value of compassionate curiosity. It’s now the first thing I do—for myself, and with my clients. I take a breath, soften, and feel the expectations leave my system. This shift has helped me become less judgmental, more adaptable, and more connected to all parts of myself—not just my work or my brain, but my whole life.
The training didn’t just give me tools for my clients; it gave me deep personal development work. My relationship to time has completely changed. I used to feel like I didn’t have enough time for my work or my daughter, but now I’m not necessarily doing different things—I’m approaching them differently. I feel like I have all the time I want and need for what’s truly important to me.
And I loved the group support, the community, the shared experiences. I can highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to find a different relationship to time, one that’s multi-dimensional, compassionate, and aligned with what matters most.”
This isn’t just time ‘management.’
It’s a reorientation. An embodiment. A site for liberation for your clients, and for you.
