Hey, I’m Becca Rich

As a certified holistic coach, I help creative, spiritual, ex-overachievers, rebellious, and entrepreneurial humans work and live without sacrificing their well-being, joy, and presence.

Since burning out in 2013, I've spent the last decade healing from a dysfunctional and exploitative relationship with time. Working with time in a holistic way has benefited every area of my life, and hundreds of others from all over the world.

My deepest hope is for every person on this planet to be free to live their lives and spend their precious time how they want.

Note: The lens through which I view and coach on time management acknowledges that time is not an individual problem or solution alone, it’s a collective one. How we’re able to spend our time is directly connected to the systems we live in and the privileges and support we have.

Our work together is not just about managing your time better…though we definitely declutter your calendar and get realistic about your capacity. It’s about real change from the inside, out.

Together, we’ll explore how every aspect of your life impacts your time, including your values, mind, body, beliefs, rhythms, work, environment, your relationships. Even astrology and human design if that’s your jam, too!

We'll get to the bottom of and heal anything that’s preventing you from spending your time how you want such as feeling overwhelmed, procrastinating on things you really want to do, and lacking motivation.

And I'll partner with you to develop the inner beliefs and one-of-a-kind strategies you need to have time and space for everything that matters to you–work, self-care, rest, hobbies, people, and more… For the rest of your life.

If we decide to work together,

we’ll completely customize your 1:1 coaching experience.

We start off with an initial call to walk together through every area of your life and map out a plan to take you exactly where you want to go. We then meet twice a month for the remainder of the four months. In these 60-minute sessions, we uncover, heal, get clarity on, and create you-shaped solutions. Every call includes personalized holistic time management resources and gentle accountability.

In our fourth month together, we assess if our work together is complete. Though some clients are finished in four months, many clients continue coaching with me for another four months, a year, or longer!

Throughout our work, I’m available via email and WhatsApp for accountability, celebrations, hard days, questions, and more.

Each human I work with is unique.

I can't tell you exactly what we'll cover, the order, or how much time we'll spend on each topic. I can tell you the most common areas where I support my 1:1 clients.

    • Who are you as a whole human? What do you value? What’s important to you?

    • What do you want? Need to feel safe? Enough? Whole?

    • What do you see for yourself? Your life? Why?

    • How can you create a safe container to explore what YOU want without anyone elses input? How do you navigate that in relationship with others?

    • How do you prioritize tasks when everything feels urgent and important?

    • How do you prioritize your self, your creativity, your hobbies when you have work/bills?

    • How do you uniquely set goals?

    • What does realistic and flexible short- and long-term planning look like?

    • What is your unique capacity?

    • How do you create to-do lists that include everything you need to do, and are realistic?

    • How do you estimate how long tasks really take?

    • What are the inner patterns that seem to prevent you from getting what you want done?

    • What might be causing these patterns? How might you show compassion and acceptance towards them?

    • Rather than “getting rid of,” what does healing or working with them look like?

    • How do you define distraction? What does it mean to waste time?

    • What is the impact of “wasting time?”

    • How do we approach distractions and “wasting time” with curiosity and compassion?

    • How can you be in integrity with yourself?

    • What is work-life balance, for you?

    • How do you create your version of it in your own life?

    • How do you allow your life to support your work, and work support your life?

    • What habits and routines support your mind, body, and soul? Your work? Your art? Your relationships?

    • How can you approach them sustainably?

    • How might you reclaim and redefine consistency, habits, and routines to support you?

    • What is a weekly schedule? How do I create one? What tools work best for my brain?

    • How do you best structure your time without losing the magic and spontaneity of life?

    • How do you create structure that is flexible, adaptable, and can actually follow through with?

    • How do you make time and space to make more time and space (aka organize/declutter)?

    • What is your organization style? What is good enough organization?

    • What tools and systems are best for your brain, work, and life?

    • What can you systemize/automate so you don’t have to worry about it anymore?

    • When are tools/systems a distraction? Not working?

    • What does celebrating yourself do for you?

    • How can you pause to acknowledge and celebrate what you’ve done? Your successes?

    • What can you do to interrupt the “never good enough” voice?

    • What can you do to really feel acknowledged and celebrated?

    • How does scarcity and hustle culture impact you? How you spend your time? Schedule? Plans?

    • How do you heal never enough time? Money?

    • What is enoughness? How do you integrate enoughness in your body, mind, and life?

If there’s something on your mind or heart that’s not listed, that’s okay. We can cover anything you want and spend as much time on it as we need.

By the end of our time together, your life won’t look or feel the same… in the best possible way.

  • $750/mo for 4 months

  • $375/mo for 8 months

  • Money isn’t the only thing of value to me. I’m open to non-traditional, anticapitalist exchanges like bartering.
